What is non-commercial use?


"Non-commercial Use" means the use of the Software Product for noncommercial purposes only, and is limited to the following users:

  1. Non-profit organizations (charities and other organizations created for the promotion of social welfare)
  2. Universities, colleges, and other educational institutions (including, but not limited to elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and community colleges)
  3. Independent contractors who are under contract by the above-stated organizations and using the Software Product exclusively for such nonprofit or educational clients
  4. Other individual users who use the Software Product for personal, noncommercial use only (for example, hobby, learning, or entertainment).
Webyog reserves the right to further clarify the terms of non-commercial Use at its sole determination.
