Bug fixes:
* The fix for incorrect escaping in DSN-authentication in 11.12 introduced a new problem with some ODBC-drivers – most important drivers for Oracle. Actually we believe that the code in 11.12 is correct according to ODBC standards and Windows API requirements. But affected drivers do not follow standards as regards to escaping of authentication details. We will now try to authenticate ‘the old way’ if authentication ‘the new way’ fails.
